| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. | Shipping And Handling Please note that we use weight based shipping charges, and the shipping per item(s) is calculated according to the item(s) weight and charges made by Royal Mail/UPS and other courier services plus VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery Times :- SURFACE MAIL UK (excluding Channel Isles) - 7 - 10 working days. Courier service deliveries - next day delivery (subject to stock avavilability) AIR MAIL - Europe And Rest Of World Europe (including Channel Isles) - 10 - 14 working days. Rest of the World - 10 - 14 working days. These delivery times should be taken a guide. Many factors may influence the actual time it takes for your goods to arrive. Should you have not received your order within 28 days of placing your order, please contact us. Delivery Charges (UK MAINLAND ONLY) :- We use Royal Mail 1st Class Post/Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next by 1pm)/Royal Mail Standard Parcels/Parcelforce, UPS, DHL or other courier services as appropriate to the value of the items ordered and/or weight. UK NEXT DAY - is available for items IN STOCK - £7.50 (inc VAT) up to 10kgs. Please ring for details.
