| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. | Shipping And Handling Please note that we use weight based shipping charges, and the shipping per item(s) is calculated according to the item(s) weight and charges made by Royal Mail/UPS and other courier services plus VAT. Delivery Times :- SURFACE MAIL UK (excluding Channel Isles) - 7 - 10 working days. Courier service deliveries - next day delivery (subject to stock avavilability) AIR MAIL - Europe And Rest Of World Europe (including Channel Isles) - 10 - 14 working days. Rest of the World - 10 - 14 working days. These delivery times should be taken a guide. Many factors may influence the actual time it takes for your goods to arrive. Should you have not received your order within 28 days of placing your order, please contact us. Delivery Charges (UK MAINLAND ONLY) :- We use Royal Mail 1st Class Post/Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next by 1pm)/Royal Mail Standard Parcels/Parcelforce, UPS, DHL or other courier services as appropriate to the value of the items ordered and/or weight. | Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5-7 business days . European and orders to the rest of the World are generally received in 10-14 days. |
